We met online, and from the very first conversation, something clicked between us. There was an undeniable connection, and after just two weeks of texting, calls, and video chats, we couldn’t wait to meet in person.

On April 29, 2023, we had our first date, and it was nothing short of magical. We spent the entire day together, starting with a fun game of bowling. Charles greeted me with wine and flowers, already sweeping me off my feet. Though I may have beaten him twice, he finally claimed victory in the third round—what can I say, he’s a good sport!

The day continued with a delicious dinner followed by drinks and live music. By the end of the evening, it was clear—we were meant to be in each other’s lives.

Over the next year, we grew even closer, sharing countless memories and adventures. One of the most special moments was our first trip together to Foley. We spent the weekend at the beach, and in those quiet, beautiful moments, we both knew we were destined to spend the rest of our lives together. At first, we questioned if things were moving too fast, but deep down, we realized that when something feels this right, it’s not moving too fast—it’s simply meant to be.

Our love has been built on laughter, exploration, and growing together. From spontaneous road trips to trying new things (even if it meant getting a little lost and laughing along the way), we’ve made the most of every moment. We’ve come to cherish even the smallest details—whether it’s our inside jokes or the late-night talks about our dreams for the future.

Then came the moment we’ll never forget: December 21, 2024, when Charles planned a photoshoot as a birthday and Christmas gift for me. I’d always wanted beautiful pictures, and little did I know, he had arranged one of the biggest surprises of my life. The day was hectic, with things not going as planned, but it turned into something even more perfect. As one of my favorite songs played, Charles got down on one knee and proposed. It was everything I’d dreamed of and more—and of course, I said yes.

We are more than just partners—we are best friends. We came into each other’s lives at just the right time, and together, we’ve created something extraordinary. Now, as we look to the future, we’re excited to see where this beautiful journey takes us. From traveling the world to building a family, and everything in between, we can’t wait to experience it all—side by side.
